Our Founder, at Kinkhab aims for customer satisfaction with the order by prioritizing the customer’s needs and values. Therefore, our Refund and Returns Policy are as follows :

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the customer needs to send an official e-evidence of any discrepancy or damage caused to the cloth. Without any proper proof and a valid reason, we donot take any responsibility of the refund/return.

If a customer receives a wrong item or gets a damaged item, then the issue should be raised to us within the 2 days when the order has been delivered. If the 2 days are passed then we do not take accountability of the cloth.

At Kinkhab, every piece of cloth is intricately crafted with precious designing and the artisan’s hard work hence, if the item is to be returned then it should be handled with care and delicacy.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Items bought from us are strictly not for reselling purpose.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, depending on the transparency of the fault from our side.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, after deducting 15% of service charges from the cloth MRP (which deducts out as shipping charges). A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

It will generally take 3-4 working days for us to refund your money after the approval of return request. The money will be refunded through the same mode of payment in which the customer has made the payment while the time of ordering only.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

You may contact your bank’s nearest branch. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items Exception

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from our side. If the item has been damaged by the customer or the logistics portal, then we don’t take any responsibility of the product. If you need to exchange it for the same item or have any else exchange reason, you can raise the issue at ki******@***il.com .

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

At the time of refund we do not refund you the shipping charge paid by you with your order.
