Our Founder, at Kinkhab aims for customer satisfaction with the order by prioritizing the customer’s needs and values. Therefore, our Refund and Returns Policy are as follows :

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the customer receives wrong item or gets a damaged item, then the issue should be raised to us within the 5 days of Return and Refunds Policy. If the 5 days are passed then we do not take responsibility of the fault.

At Kinkhab, every piece of cloth is intricately crafted with immense designing and the artisan’s hard work hence, if the item is to be returned then it should be handled with care and delicacy.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Items bought from us should not be resold.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

It will generally take 3-4 working days for us to refund your money after the approval of return request. The money will be refunded through the same mode of payment in which the customer has made the payment while the time of ordering.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items Exception

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from our side. If the item has been damaged by the customer then we don’t take any responsibility of the product. If you need to exchange it for the same item or have any else exchange reason, you can raise the issue at ki******@***il.com .

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: ki******@***il.com .

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

At the time of refund we do not refund you the shipping charge paid by you with your order.
