Behind the brand our audience sees, there is a small incident that led to ignition of this idea. Our founder Mr Yash Arhatia was once standing in a local fabric market, and had his vision on all the beautiful fabric brocades hanged all around on the streets. While having a glimpse on all those fabrics, he gave a thought! He pondered that usually we intake these authentic Indian fabrics into clothes that we prefer wearing on social, cultural or spiritual occasions. How about if we use them to make something that can be worn as a casual outfit. Hence, that was the moment when Yash got ignited with the idea to convert it into a whole new identity, and Kinkhab was born. He realised that there lies a timeless beauty in every piece of fabric. In today’s fast-fashion world, fashion is an illusion; that has been very artistic. Since change is the law of nature, fashion at the same time requires timely innovation. And ultimately, we at Kinkhab have the audacity to reminisce a fusion of two trendy fashion-forms.

We want the youth of India to reinterpret that clothing is all about innovation by empowering our vision to create clothes that Genz community proudly wears in their oversized, expressive, unique and cultural way. Emphasising on the brand tagline “Where Fashion meets Tradition” is an ultimate pride for us as a testament of crafting these stylish streetwear clothes with ancient fabrics. We firmly believe that wearing Kinkhab will reconcile your social value within a social group of people increasing your inner remarkability. Our fusion pieces of artworks are relatively crafted lower in numbers. Therefore, each piece of cloth you wear from Kinkhab is delicately handcrafted which makes the customers valuable for us.
Our founder with his team tirelessly works everyday, to bring this ideation into its concrete form by working onto the brand positioning. Our sole motive not only lies in creating streetwear from authentic Indian fabrics, but also educating the youth of India regarding the opulence of these fabrics and changing their perspective. Be a part of this movement at Kinkhab, in redefining the Indian fashion.
